Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or anxious. What is stressful for one person is not necessarily stressful to another. One of the best solutions is having a sharing buddy to whom you can share your problems or anxieties with. Telling it to others can ease the anxiety, nervousness or loneliness that you are feeling.
If you are alone, and you think that you can no longer linger on your stress, it is better to call your doctor or health care provider especially when you feel the following:
1. You are feeling an extreme chest pain especially when it goes with breathing difficulties or shortness, dizziness and extreme sweating. These are signs caused by a heart attack which can be at the same time a feeling of depression.
2.You are thinking to commit suicide.
3.You have dizziness, fast breathing, a racing heartbeat that makes you unreleased, or if it is worst ever.
4.You cannot work functionally or correctly at home when thinking of some matters that bother you most.
5.You have no idea where in the world your anxiety is coming from.
6.You have feeling of panicking.
7.You have great uncontrollable fear ? for example, when you think of things that scare you most.
8.Your anxiety is being triggered again by a traumatic event happened once in your life that you cannot forget.
It is also helpful to ask your doctor if some of your prescribed medications cause stress and if so, ask for some other alternative medications.
In case of emergencies, call emergency hotlines or 911 for help. They can assist you in any problems that bother your feeling and causes you to have too much reaction with stress.
