Question by Sexxylexi:Where do I begin to get fit or strong as healthy ..?> Well ? if I?ve never been to a gym and never went jogging where to start. I?m thin, but not very healthy on the inside. I can not go up the stairs without breathing. I do not want to start up all these weights, but I would start with a lot of different techniques cardio. I own a bike ? that would be the best bet to start? Or should I take long walks and increase the length of time? Then there is food. Usually drink coffee always eat breakfast with occasional honey roasted peanuts, salad, a fast food restaurant, or sometimes I?ll skip. Dinner is always late around 8:00 pm. My eating habits are so because of lack of money and time. I have a daughter 2 years old, so I concentrate all my time and effort into it. I make sure they eat healthy meals. I make sure she is taken care of before anything else. When I go to the supermarket for her lame things solamente.No?m trying to form ? I really just want to be saludable.Mejor response: Reply JeffyB
long walks and bike rides are a good start. It?s all about balance. Stay away from junk food, sugar and fatty foods, and try to get some exercise every day. Working to get some running, which should work fine for you. Good luck.
