Loaded Gun Found on Dinosaur Ride at Disney World

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Florida (May 30, 2013) ? A patron at Walt Disney World was sitting on the Dinosaur ride with her grandson inside the ?Animal Kingdom,? when she found a loaded semi-automatic pistol on the seat next to her. The woman immediately gave the gun to a park attendant. A park manager and authorities were alerted and the gun was traced to its owner, Angelo Lista. Lista did have a concealed weapons permit. However, he claims he did not know that weapons were not allowed in the park, He stated that he only knew that bags were checked for bombs and explosives, not guns. Disney World bans weapons of any type on its grounds. ?It seems like kind of a no-brainer that guns are not allowed at Disney World?Who knows what may have happened if a child got this weapon it their hands,? states West Seegmiller, owner of The Seegmiller Law Firm in Orange County.
