- Linebacker Roman Rodriguez is the top returning tackler with 59 last season. Devin Cantrell had 54 tackles with five sacks. Taz Henderson also had 54 tackles, including four sacks.
- Tanner Rolen returns as the placekicker. He had a 32-yard field goal plus 28 extra points last season. Also returning on special teams is punter Justus Beets, who averaged 31 yards.
- Condict said that the incoming freshmen class is the best he's had at Wagoner and at least a couple players could see varsity action.
- Wagoner will scrimmage with Fort Gibson at McAlester on Aug. 23 and host Hilldale on Aug. 30.
