Do you want to work in a team that has over 80 years of industry and company experience?

You will be a highly motivated, career focused and goal orientated mechanical design engineer with manufacturing?industry experience within the automotive, heavy automotive or heavy industrial experience. You will have a strong engineering background in mechanical engineering?in heavy?automotive.

You will assist in the completion of all designs as specified through the entire process; research & development, design, application, prototype and full scale manufacturing & production. ?

In this position you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Full scale revamp project of 3 key product lines leading to 2015
• Project based research and development from concept to release, including the development of prototypes
• Product improvements
• Customer specific designs
• Completing technical drawings and bill of materials
• Produce technical information associated with new design and/or product improvements
• Produce improvement opportunities from internal and external customers
• Complete project based product application design

To be successful for this role you will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Experience in mechanical design - Automotive and Transport Equipment
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with Solid works and AutoCAD?
